FAQs below are specific to Twin Cities Tours.

Do I need a reservation for a tour?

Reservations are recommended for availability. You can make a reservation online, by calling Gray Line Minnesota at (952) 985-7514.

When should I arrive for my tour?

The scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations are specific for each tour. Please reference the page for the specific tour that you are interested in for more information.

Mall of America (North Parking Lot) Location:

The bus pick-up/drop-off is located at the north parking lot at Mall of America. Hotel shuttles, taxis, and tour busses drop off and pick-up passengers at the new North Entrance with convenient access from American Boulevard. This is located in the Mall parking lot that is east of IKEA and north of Lindau Lane. Signage is placed in these areas to guide guests to their vehicles. You will be able to meet an Award-Winning City Tour guide at the awaiting coach bus for tour check-in. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

Where should I park?

Hotel Pick-up Locations:

There are specific ramps located at each of the hotels where you may park. Please contact the hotel or our office for specific instructions.

Mall of America:

Do I need tickets for a child under 6 years of age?

Children 4 and under are free when not occupying a paid seat (except for the Minneapolis/Mississippi tour). Two children rates are allowed per paid adult.

What do I do if I need to cancel my reservation?

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the schedule tour departure time for a refund. Holiday Lights Tours require that you cancel 7 days prior to the tour date. Cancellations made less than 7 days will not be refunded unless approved by personnel at Gray Line Minnesota.

What is the policy for Gray Line cancelling tours?

Tour is subject to cancellation if passenger minimum is not met. In the unlikely event of such a cancellation, a refund will be provided or an alternative will be offered. Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24 hours applies.

Do you have private tours for small groups?

Yes, please call (952) 985-7514 to inquire about special private tours and group charters. We also offer meet & greet service at the airport.

Should I tip my tour guide and driver?

Please tip your guide and driver accordingly as gratuities are not included in the price of the tour.
